REFUND POLICY

Trade Customers: Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds if you change your mind, however we will replace a faulty product subject to the manufacturer's warranty conditions.

Account Customers: Please choose carefully as we may not give refunds if you change your mind, large quantity purchases are generally not available for change of mind returns or exchange. Special buy ins, custom made and non-stocked items cannot be returned for change of mind. If a return is allowed for change of mind a restocking fee (of 10-20%) may apply  - goods must be in a resaleable condition, customers must produce an invoice and you must contact Comsupply within 30 days of purchase. We will replace a faulty product subject to the manufacturer's warranty conditions.

EXCHANGE/REPLACEMENT POLICY

If your item(s) are faulty or damaged, we may offer you a credit, a replacement item, or a new item of similar value instead of a refund.

 RETURN POLICY

Items cannot be returned to Comsupply without prior consent from Comsupply. We will only authorise a return and/or refund if you item(s) are faulty or damaged, and you have contacted us within [30 days] of purchase.
